When we started, we wanted to redefine what people expected from a gym.

Our goal has always been to go beyond the conventional gyms and studios and to create a community and a space that people genuinely enjoy coming to. Training shouldn’t be a chore you feel like you have to do. In the right space with the right coaches and people around you, it has the potential to be the best hour of your day.

Our community at Hyre is friendly, welcoming and supportive. There is always someone there to talk to, to motivate you and to help push you on through each and every workout.

Statistically speaking, the people who are the most likely to see long term success with health and fitness are the ones who feel like they are doing it as part of a team.

COACHING

At Hyre all members follow the same training programme divided into either 9 or 12 week blocks. Each block has been carefully designed with our training principles in mind, they are varied, challenging and are suitable for all levels.

Our coaching team has been hand picked to embody Hyre’s core values. We aren’t your usual trainers, we are real people and we are authentic too. We enjoy pints, pizzas and pastries as much as the next person!

We want to set an attainable example of what a healthy balance looks like between fitness and wellbeing.
